This B&B has a location you can't beat. We had a terrace room and it looks right out to the Duomo. Literal steps from the square! Also an amazing gelateria right outside the doors. The room was personalized, HUGE with very high ceilings, and a comfy bed. Breakfast was nothing special, a simple pastry and yogurt breakfast in your room each day. Would need to go elsewhere for a warm breakfast, that would be my only drawback. But it is made up for and more with the location and great room.
Just steps from the Duomo; Close walking distance from Florence's main train terminal, Ponte Vecchio, restaurants, and other prime Florence visitors attractions. The rooms and bathrooms are very very large, clean, and airy, some dominated by the Duomo itself right outside the window. Note that you will hear pedestrian and street noise late into the night in the street-side rooms, which should be expected for this great location in the center of things. Such a pleasure to have a light continental breakfast (Cappuccino, Orange juice, croissants, yogurt) brought to your spacious room each morning. As with most places, they will hold your luggage before or after checkout. All at fair prices. I would highly recommend this place to friends!
I highly recommend this B&B which we found in Rick Steve’s Italy book. We were able to make our reservations online. We have a view of the Dome out our window. Everything is in walking distance. We were able to walk back to our room if we wanted to rest or change clothes for the changeable weather. Excellent service at a great price.
